Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + OTE £17,000 - £23,000

About the Role:
As a Sales Support Partner, you will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Operations organisation, providing essential support to the UK&I Enterprise Sales team. Reporting to the Deal Support EMEA Director, you will be responsible for sales operational assistance, prospecting, positioning, quoting, and navigating both internal and external processes. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to achieve our sales goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to Account Executives, including quoting, coordinating RFP responses, and managing internal escalations.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Sales Team for all internal processes and cross-functional coordination.
Manage internal approvals and assist in negotiating terms and pricing.
Support the sales team in targeting and engaging with CxO-level executives, auditors, and IT practitioners to drive new business, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
Identify, cultivate, and formalise relationships with key partners and third parties involved in advising and selling information security solutions to enterprise organisations.
Collaborate with local partners by transferring knowledge, motivating management and account executives, and organising joint marketing events.
Develop strong customer relationships and assist in managing a variety of client requests.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role, at a software vendor with a focus on security solutions.
Proven track record of success in supporting or working within a sales team, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate internal and external stakeholders to adopt and implement information security solutions.
Strong quantitative skills with high proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver under pressure.
Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture is an advantage.
Excellent teamwork and personal accountability.
Outstanding client-facing and communication skills.
Ability to apply technical skills in a business context.
Native-level proficiency in English
