Paying up to £73.39p/h DOE (Umbrella)

ARM has partnered with a large Defence client who is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to assist with a security upgrade programme at Heathrow Airport. As the Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all installed equipment is fully handed over to the operation & engineering team.

Responsibilities:
* Leading the quality and defect management process for the programme.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of quality and defects during the implementation phase of the project.
* Covering various elements such as project management, testing, and assurance, reliability & flow performance monitoring & the installation of the ICS & IT infrastructure.
* Managing teams of contractors in order to complete projects on time.
* Be confident in working with senior client stakeholders up to director level
Experience required:
* Must have previous experience in a similar role in an automation environment or baggage equivalent.
* Must have the ability to lead a team and manage senior client stakeholders up to director level.
* Ideally have experience working on Aviation and airport projects
* Previous experience of using tools to manage quality and defects in an automation environment.
* Ideally have H&S experience in a construction or automation environment with relevant qualifications such as SMSTS or SSSTS.
