£19.75 per hour

ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Procurement Specialist on an initial 12 month contract.

Working in the Business Operations Office with senior leaders will allow the successful candidate to experience a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Requests for quotes and ensuring sourcing is carried out in line with the appropriate HMG code and buying policy.
• Preparing the Consumables, Expendables and General procurement orders
• Preparing internal purchasing requirements in SAP.
• Posting Goods Receipts for services and non-consumable items in SAP.
• Creating and maintaining internal records on all purchase requisitions.
• Generating Procurement KPIs and reports.
• Daily contact with suppliers and internal requestors to resolve issues.
• Supporting the management of suppliers' monthly performance.
• Assist finance staff in relation to budgetary control.
• Supporting the demand cell in planning and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Leading weekly orderbook meetings with consumables suppliers.

Requirements:

• Procurement experience is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS office
• Knowledge of MySupply would be an advantage
• CIPS would be an advantage.
• Proactive and able to adapt to changing tasks as business requires.
