The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Principal Architect to join a world-leading, nuclear defence client based out of Devonport dockyard.

Job Overview:

Our client provides major new or upgraded dock, berth and building infrastructure projects to provide facilities for the ship and submarine sustainment programmes.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the Architectural aspects of the Facility. Ensuring systems are designed against a clear statement of compliance with defined requirements, including a demonstration that the design meets relevant HSE requirements. Support the delivery of Architectural work packages to the required scope, quality, schedule and cost.

Key Requirements

• Highly complex buildings in the nuclear sector (desirable)
• Complex buildings in heavily regulated environment (essential)
• Work on Industrial Process Buildings
• Major Civil Infrastructure projects in the marine environment

Experience

• Interface experience (desirable)
• A minimum of a Batchelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Preferred Chartered Architect, registered with RIBA.
