Pay and Reward Specialist

Location: Oxford, hybrid working - 3 days a week on site
Contract: 4-month contract with a strong potential to go permanent
£24.58 - £26.18 per hour PAYE

We are looking for a skilled Pay and Reward Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering innovative pay and reward solutions that align with our strategic goals and support our ambition to be an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop pay, benefits, and reward projects.
Create pay benchmarking solutions to ensure market competitiveness.
Design and implement total reward strategies for all roles, including executive positions.
Develop and maintain reward policies and practices that align with organisational goals.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to promote an inclusive and engaging reward package.
Oversee digital systems for pay and reward processes.
Advise senior leaders on pay and reward policies and job evaluation.

Essential Criteria:
CIPD professional membership (Level 5 and above) and relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of employment and equalities legislation.
Experience in pay and reward, including job evaluation and diversity practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to innovate and apply creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
