Mechanical Design Engineer (Building Services) in Liverpool, Merseyside

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (BUILDING SERVICES) - MERSEYSIDE - 12 MONTHS - £270 - £350 PER DAY

ARM are working with a public sector body and we are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to help them review and design their building stock from a mechanical design perspective.

You will be an experienced Mechanical Design engineer within building services and will be educated to a minimum of HNC level.

You will have a wide range of experience from AutoCAD design to tender documentation to financial responsibilities.

You will need to drive and have your own vehicle for this position also.

This position is working for a leading public body based in the Merseyside area and you will be the subject matter expert for mechanical engineering in regards to their building stock, advising on design, construction and modifications on their building portfolio.

This position will be based in Liverpool and will require travel across Merseyside, as you look to assess and advise on their property portfolio. This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week on an initial 12 month contract, which may extend further.

The rate for this position is between £270 and £350 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35.
