HGV Technician in Esher, Surrey

PermanentOur client is looking for an HGV Technician to join their team in the Esher area.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
* Vehicle inspection.
* General servicing.
* Fault diagnosis.
* Repair of vehicle defects.
* Ensure that the trucks are maintained, serviced and managed appropriately.
* Ability to work on specified deadlines.
* Good housekeeping and Health & Safety requirements.
* To ensure all compliance details are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Record all vehicle accidents, incidents and MOT results.
Ideally, you will have:
* HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three or equivalent) qualification.
* Previous relevant experience gained in a similar industry.
* An HGV Licence is preferable but not essential.
This is a Monday to Friday role, on a shift pattern 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM.
Usually, overtime is available at a rate of time and a half.
For this role, our client is willing to pay up to £47,000 per annum.
