About the Role:
We're hiring on behalf of a leading offshore fabrication company for an experienced Fabrication Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a major fabrication yard in Qatar. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of offshore oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day yard operations across fabrication, construction, HSE, QA/QC, and logistics

• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and client requirements

• Support bidding, estimating, and planning for new project opportunities

• Drive performance improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and marine operations for seamless execution

• Oversee workforce planning, training, and development

Requirements:

• 20+ years in fabrication, yard management, and offshore construction

• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Strong leadership in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams

• Solid knowledge of HSE, quality, and international fabrication standards

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
