The Structural Steel Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Detailer, for one of the leading Steel companies in the UK based out of Barnsley.

Job Overview:

The detailer's role is to execute the detailed design of steel structures, mainly steel-framed buildings, and to design and detail the joints between members.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure any variations are raised through GMis and time is logged.
• General responsibility for the design of all connections in line with BCSA standards.
• Producing accurate and clear information for the fabrication and site erection of the steel in accordance with the project specification.
• Maintain and develop knowledge level of current software (Tekla).
