Construction Assurance Manager in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands

CONSTRUCTION ASSURANCE MANAGER (CAM) - WEST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - £40,750 - £61,140

ARM are working with a leading Rail client and we are looking for a Construction Managers for sites based in the West Midlands (Birmingham area).

In order to be considered, you will have the following experience and skills;
* Onsite construction management experience either as an Assistant Construction Manager, Site Management, Assurance or similar
* You will hold CSCS
* Experience of working on large scale projects such as transport, hospital or rail.
* You will need to be able to drive for this position also.

Due to promotion, our client is offering this position of Construction Assurance Manager (CAM). This will be focused on rail construction and managing contractor's onsite, with some home working available. We are able to consider those looking to progress to an CAM role, as the hiring manager is keen to support those in the early stages of their career, as well as those working at this level already.

Salary for this position is between £40,750 and £61,140 which is dependent on experience and suitability. On top of this is an excellent benefits package, as well as the opportunity to progress.
