Business Design Lead in South West London, London

SC CLEARED BUSINESS DESIGN LEAD - LONDON - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - £731 PER DAY INSIDE IR35

We are working with a leading public sector client seeking a Business Design Lead to help shape and drive transformational change within their organisation. This is a chance to work on high-impact projects on a 12-month contract.

• You must have tangible experience of developing operating models or amending operating models within the public sector.
• You will have had a proven ability to conduct detailed quantitative analysis to determine the impact on operating models.
• A Project Management Qualification such as a Prince2 is desirable.
• You must have an active SC clearance to be considered for this role.

• Lead diagnostic and solution identification activities using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Design business solutions and operating models.
• Manage dependencies with other initiatives and align with strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, simplifying complex challenges into actionable solutions.

This role is based in London and is paying up to £731 per day inside IR35 (depending on experience).
