Building Control Surveyor in Northamptonshire

Building Control Surveyor - Northamptonshire - 3 Month Contract - £60 Per Hour Umbrella - Hybrid Work

ARM are working with a local Council and are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a 3-month basis with the chance to extend.

About You:
You will be a Class 2 C or D registered Building Inspector.
You will have previous experience working as a building surveyor in either an industrial, residential, or commercial environment.
You will have experience conducting site inspections.

What you will be doing:
In this position, you will be tasked with providing Pre-Application advice to both building professionals and non-professionals as well as planning appraisals of all industrial, residential and commercial applications to help ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will also look to negotiate with applicants and/or their agents to discuss any amendments or improvements required on their applications.

This position is based in the north of Northamptonshire, It is Largely remote role, as it mostly undertakes site inspections in Northampton

The rate for this position is £60 per hour. This rate is an Umbrella rate, as this position is Inside IR35.
