In April 2010, ARM was awarded a managed service contract assuming responsibility for the attraction, recruitment and engagement of this high profile UK-based organisation’s contingency workforce.
Part of the overall implementation saw the novation of 61 existing direct contractors and 50 incumbent agency suppliers to ARM through a managed transition process which ran in parallel with the implementation of the new solution.
