Construction Manager

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – BERKSHIRE/ HAMPSHIRE – 12 MONTHS CONTRACT – £55 TO £60 PER HOUR

ARM are working with a currently working with a Nuclear Research and Development Company who are seeking for a long-term Construction manager.

About You:

• To hold a NVQ level 6 in construction or similar technical/ professional qualification. – HNC OR HND
• Appropriate experience of the contract and construction process along with a thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations and associated legislation.
• You will need to hold an appropriate industry recognised safety scheme card – CSCS OR CCNSG)
• DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM THOSE WHO HAVE DV CLEARANCE OR WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE CLEARED.

What you will be doing:

• You will be assisting in ensuring that construction site are safety environment for all concerned.
• You will be ensuring compliance stays within the duties of the CDM regulations 2015.
• You will be reviewing and responding to contractor programmes
• You will be implementing a project internal change management process.

You will be based on site within Berkshire/ Hampshire – this is commutable from Newbury, Reading or Basingstoke!

This role is an 12 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £55 to £60 Per Hour – Outside IR35.
