Senior Surveyor

SENIOR SURVEYOR - GLASGOW – 6 MONTH CONTRACT – £409 PER DAY

ARM are working with Network Rail and we are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow for an initial 6 month contract role.

About You:

You will hold a recognised surveying qualification and will have a wide range of experience within General Survey work. You will have experience of managing property transactions which will include some complexity also. You will have excellent stakeholder skills and negotiation skills too.

What you will be doing:

This position will be working with Network Rail and helping them realise financial contributions from their land and property assets / portfolio. Network Rail is the largest land owner in the UK and has a wide portfolio of properties and land associated or owned by them.

This position will be based from Glasgow with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office), but should you wish, you could be office based every day also.

This is offered as an initial 6 month contract and could extend beyond this initial engagement period. The rate for this role is between £364 and £409 per day (Umbrella) inside IR35. We can disclose PAYE rate upon application, should you prefer to work PAYE instead.
