ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to work on a long term with a leading client in the Nuclear Defence industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the Engineering Manager in their delivery of their Key Responsibilities.
• Supporting the Engineering Manager in reviewing the Engineering Requirements.
• Preparing draft technical specifications and briefs.
• Supporting the oversight of the facility design as it develops via facilitating routine reviews.
• Supporting the Engineering Manager in managing the Design Intent and Design Information Configuration from inception through to project handover.
• Setting up meetings and reviews and managing stakeholders.
• Producing draft project governance documents; plans certificates etc.

What do you need to succeed?

• Understanding of Change control
• Understanding of design review process
• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within the Nuclear or Defence industries
• You must be eligible for UK Security Clearance

Details of the contract

• 12 month contract, with the chance of being extended (dependant on the project requirements)
• Excellent pay rates
• Deemed inside IR35
• Full remote working, with occasional site visits for various meetings
