Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - GLOUCESTERSHIRE – PERMANENT – £40,000 TO £53,000

Arm are currently working with a leading infrastructure building materials company, who are seeking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is based in Bristol for a Permanent role.

About You:

• You will need to be educated to degree level in quantity surveying or a relevant qualification at a suitable level in a similar environment. (HND/HNC)
• You will ideally hold or be working towards being a member of a relevant professional body e.g CICES or RICS.
• You will need experience working on Civil engineering projects.
• You will have experience in dealing with NEC contracts.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
• Recording, monitoring and reviewing the financial performance of contracts
• Securing payments from customers within the specified contract terms
• Pre-contract pricing and agreement project costs.

This role will be site based in Bristol however you will be required to attend local offices as and when needed! You will need a full clean Driver’s

Salary for this role is between £40,000 to £53,000 Annually dependant on experience and suitability, other benefits for this role include: 6 and 12-month salary reviews in the first year, company matched pension and much more included.
