Service Knowledge Manager

SERVICE KNOWLEDGE MANAGER - SALISBURY – 3 MONTH CONTRACT – £460 PER DAY

We are currently working with a government agency who are looking for a Service Knowledge Manager for a 3 month contract to be based in Salisbury.

About You:

• You will be security cleared.
• You will have an understanding of Service Knowledge Management.
• You will be an expert in ITIL V3.
• You will have previously acted as a SME for a transition to a SIAM model.
• You will have the ability to perform effectively to meet deadlines, maintain focus in challenging situations and adapting needs to meet stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

You will systematically capture, share, develop and exploit the knowledge of our organisation, developing knowledge management. You will also be developing a supportive and collaborative knowledge sharing culture to drive the successful
adoption of technology solutions for knowledge management.

This position is based in Salisbury, working one day a week in the office and the rest working from home. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The rate for this position is £400 and £4600 per day (Umbrella – inside IR35). We can

offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.
