Handyman / Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to work for our client in the Walton on Thames area. This is a permanent position, based on a large static site. You will carry out property maintenance work to commercial premises, duties will include carpentry, plumbing, painting and general facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of all types of property maintenance work.
- Good IT Skills 
- Good communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established facilities management company who have a strong reputation in their industry. The standard hours of work will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.
