Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Manager with a strong FM background to work for them on a permanent basis. This position is hybrid working, and their offices are based in central London.
You will be required to support on their existing contracts (Hard and Soft FM services) to ensure best service and pricing for their clients, along with delivering new business as a result of providing competitive prices and services. This role works closely with the bid management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing of tender returns using various financial models in a timely manner ensuring the company procedures are followed and value for money solutions are proposed.
- Supporting the bid solutioning process including interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders and benchmarking suppliers/contracts.
- Supporting the regional operational leads and bid team by being a sounding board for commercial issues to ensure that risks and opportunities are identified and managed through to a positive commercial outcome.
- Managing the end-to-end process of pricing tenders, including benchmarking and obtaining and challenging supplier quotes through to ensuring a successful sign-off of a bid and submission back to the client.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the FM with a proven track record of commercial success in the FM sector. You are able to create and change financial models.
