Interim Programme Manager

PROGRAMME MANAGER – WEST MIDLANDS – 12 MONTH CONTRACT – £600 - £650 PER DAY

ARM are working with a well-known large scale infrastructure company and we are currently recruiting for Programme Managers to join their team at a time of significant growth and opportunity.

About You:

You will be able to demonstrate a highly level of experience of the below to be considered:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager with large scale projects or programmes of work
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management, that includes to an executive level
• Experience of working with Matrix teams that includes technical experts
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with problems and ambiguity that can occurs on some programmes and projects, and overcoming with solutions

Ideally, we are looking for someone from a land or real estate background but will consider those from other industries with large scale project experience as well as the big 4 consultancies.

We would also like to see someone with Data Analysis and Power BI for one of the positions.

What you will be doing:

Our client is a leading infrastructure company and we are currently recruiting for two Programme Managers. One of the roles will be picking up from an existing programme of work that has its complexities and is currently budgeted at £500million spend. The second role is in its infancy and will be running the programme of work in order to get funding and approvals for a large-scale project.

Both positions are well supported with stakeholder and comms teams, project controls and much more.

The positions are based in Birmingham and are currently hybrid working with 50% of the time in the office and the rest from home.

The rate for this position is between £600 and £650 per day (Umbrella – inside IR35). This is a 12-month contract and is looking to start in July.
