Regional Energy & Carbon Manager

REGIONAL ENERGY & CARBON MANAGER – NORTHWEST ENGLAND – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT – £400 PER DAY

ARM are overjoyed to be working with a well-known rail client and they are seeking for an experienced Regional Energy & Carbon Manager who is based in Manchester.

About You:

You will need the following below to qualify for this role:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the utilities category with recognised utilities improvement skills and expertise.
• Thorough knowledge of operational utilities practices.
• An understanding of commercial energy and utilities arrangements.

What you will be doing:

• You will need to assist the region on managing energy portfolio.
• You will need experience of working with energy suppliers, different models and different financial models to reduce energy in infrastructure.
• You will be producing external and internal reports.
• You will be commissioning the energy audits and then acting on recommendations.

This position is a hybrid-based role, with offices based in Manchester. (2 days a week in office and 3 days working from home. Will be a requirement to visit other offices in between London and Cumbria.

This is offered as a 6-month contract, which may extend.

The rate for this position is £400 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
