SITE AGENT – BIRMINGHAM – 5 MONTHS CONTRACT – £400 PER DAY

Arm are delighted to be working for one of the UK’s Largest Infrastructure companies, they are seeking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team based in Birmingham.

About You:

In this role you will be expected to undertake the following below:

• Review designs and raise any queries to the design team via TQs
• Ensure all development on the project is accurately recorded compare it to planned production for your assets.
• Be familiar with and demonstrate commitment to the requirements of the Health
• & Safety Policies and procedures. – CDM
• Generate cost forecasts for any plant and materials in your area of responsibility.

What you will be doing:

• You will be expected to take ownership of the Team’s operational works, leading the long term and strategic planning of the works and ensuring that they are constructed in accordance with the design and contract scopes.
• You will be accountable for the swift and complete handover of your assets.
• You will also be the package owner for Earthworks, Pavement, White Lining and Testing.

This role will be Office/ Site-based role in Birmingham.  

This role is a 5 Month contract.

The rate for this position is £400 Per Day (PAYE) Inside IR35.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this role. Also, as part of the compliance process, a DBS will be required prior to start.
