IT Systems Engineer

IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER - BRISTOL – 18 MONTH CONTRACT – £650 PER DAY

We are currently looking for an IT Systems Engineer for a growing defence company. This is an 18 month hybrid contract, based in Bristol.

About You:

• You will have experience of enterprise database management.
• You will have an understanding of information management and change control.
• You will have experience using product information storage and change management tools such as DOORS, Cameo, PTC integrity.
• You will have relevant experience or education in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Ideally, you will have experience in the defence industry.

What you will be doing:

You will be focused on Product Information Management, being the focal point for managing the requirements and verifying the data.  You will also be engaging with design teams to maintain product information data to drive performance and create change control processes.

This role can be based in Bristol, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style, 2 days a week in office.

The rate for this position is £500 - £650 per day (Umbrella – inside IR35). We can

offer PAYE working on this position and rates can be discussed at application.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
