Construction Manager

ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Construction Manager to work on a long term contract with a leading client in the Nuclear industry.
What you’ll be doing
- The role will require support from and liaison with the Construction Discipline Leads, Package Managers & Physical Area Coordinators to ensure that the construction requirements are suitably addressed and delivered as required by the demands of the schedule

- Present Daily Line of Sight
- Present Weekly Line of Sight
- Facilitate CDP Production
- Coordinate disciplines
- Forecasting
- Care & Maintenance
- Interface with Site Utilities
- Interface with all areas
- Accountable for Cost / Time / EVM
- Change Control process
- Commissioning
- Interfaces (BEPPS/DIF)
- GoCompletions interface
- Site Commissioning programme driving
- Attendance at daily / weekly commissioning meetings
- Coordination and interface management of construction handover requirements between package managers and multiple discipline site operations
- Provide input for reporting to the Area Project Manager(s)
- Pull through to Commissioning completion
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience of Project Management on multi discipline construction projects
- Experience in successfully delivering multi-discipline operations within the nuclear industry
- Experience with risk assessment, mitigation and management
