Change Analyst

CHANGE ANALYST - LONDON – PERMANENT – £33,850 – £48,702

We are currently looking for a Change Analyst for a leading railway company who are at the forefront of the UK’s future in rail, for a permanent position based in London.

About You:

• You will have a varied background of experience, with having worked in IT, PMO and change.
• You will understand MS Project and Primavera P6.
• You will have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and communication, both internal and external.
• You will have experience of managing a change project for its full lifecycle.
• Ideally, you will have been a change analyst in your previous position.

What you will be doing:

You will be supporting the change manager in the operation of change control and governance during the passing of a bill through parliament. You will receive full training on how to assist and manage a full change process.

This role can be based in London, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style.

The rate of pay for this role is £33,850 to £48,702, this is based on experience, suitability, and location. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes pension, life assurance, a generous maternity / adoption / paternity leave package and more
