ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on components to join a leading client in the nuclear industry on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing

• Following the design process, from the requirements capture through to concept, final design, manufacture, development and implementation.
• Preparing technical documentation.
• Liaising with both internal and external suppliers to ensure equipment is supplied is accordance with project requirements.
• Leading the generation of detailed requirements with the customer and identified stakeholders.
• Work to codes and standards to meet regulations.

What do you need to succeed?

• Degree qualified within a relevant subject
• Experience working as Mechanical Engineering with an understanding of design
• Knowledge of engineering principles, including design for manufacture, design and assembly
