Senior - Principal Urban Designer - UK WIDE

Advanced Resource Managers are currently working with a leading design, landscape architecture and engineering consultancy, who are currently seeking urban designers from Engineer level to Principal level to be based across the UK.

About You:

• You will have technical knowledge of master planning and urban design
• You will have experience and knowledge in financial management for substantial projects
• You will have experience in managing consultant and internal teams as well as budgets
• You will ideally have a membership of appropriate professional bodies

What you will be doing:

• You will make sure stakeholders’ expectations are met – this will include customers, internal clients and employees
• You will provide leadership and directions for your team and others around you.
• You will manage projects and teams, therefore taking accountability and responsibilities for delivering high quality work
• You will build and maintain relationships with clients, business partner both internal and external, customers etc.
• You will measure team targets as well as performance levels

This role is based across the UK in numerous locations including:

• Manchester
• London
• Edinburgh
• Brighton
• Kent

This position is currently providing a salary from £36,000 p/a - £44,000 dependant on experience.
