Landscape Architect

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT – LONDON OR BIRMINGHAM – PERMANENT – £39,300 - £56,465

We are currently looking for a Landscape Architect for a leading railway company who are at the forefront of the UK’s future in rail, for a permanent position.

About You:

• You will have extensive experience as a Landscape Architect.
• You will have experience in managing landscape design activities.
• You will have experience in stakeholder management, communication and influencing.
• You will have the ability to develop appropriate, cost balanced and high quality design solutions.
• You will be degree qualified or have significant experience.
• Ideally, you will be a chartered member or working towards chartership.

What you will be doing:

You will be providing assurance and verification to senior management on key design issues across a defined geographic area working closely with a project team and the design team within technical assurance.

This role can be based in London or Birmingham, working 5 days a week during normal office hours. This role is hybrid working style.

The rate of pay for this role is £39,300 to £56,465, this is based on experience, suitability, and location. On top of this is excellent benefits package that includes pension, life assurance, a generous maternity / adoption / paternity leave package and more.

For our client, we are required to undertake a DBS and reference checks prior to starting. We also can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this position.
