Project Controls Planner

PROJECT CONTROLS PLANNER – LONDON – PERMANENT  – £40,000 - £70,000 PER ANNUM

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Planner to join a global consultancy company who focus on the construction and property industry.

About You:

• You will have knowledge of construction project lifecycles.
• You will have experience with construction contracts, for example NEC. 
• You will have experience with scheduling software; Primavera P6, ASTA, Powerproject and Microsoft project.
• You will have experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• You will have a scheduling bias with experience in cost, change and risk experience.
• Ideally, you will be degree educated.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for the schedule, change, cost, risk, and reporting for the project lifecycles.

You will be developing the appropriate work breakdown structure that supports the organisation and delivery of the project, developing schedules to cover the full lifecycle of the project and keeping track of key milestones.

You will also be maintaining change log recordings, ensure that change is implement and incorporate change into baseline documents.

You will be recording contract baseline budgets, collate and record timesheet information on a monthly basis, also monitoring spending against budgets.

You will also be developing and maintaining your project risk register aligned to best practice.

This role is based in London, with a hybrid working style. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.

The salary range for this position is between £40,000 and £70,000 which depends on suitability and experience.
