ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading clients within the Civils industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for effective operational relationship management
• Engaging with relevant functions to deliver supplier performance across Quality, Cost & Delivery
• Supporting development and deployment of the Integrated Commodity Strategy
• Integrating cost management across required functions to lead and deliver short to medium term cost reduction plans
• Deploying risk management practices assess, communicating and mitigating supply chain risk
• Leading and developing the team with ultimate accountability for team performance.

What do you need to succeed?

• A background in purchasing or supply chain management
• An understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience in driving continuous improvement and integrated supplier performance

• Permanent position
• Excellent salary
• 15% bonus scheme plus a car allowance
