Participant Manager/Coordinator – Romsey (Hybrid) – Permanent

Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their client in Romsey on a permanent basis.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrable background within a training and management role.

Responsibilities
 

• Liaise with project and account managers to capture demand for people and skills, providing timely and profitable resourcing solutions
• Maintain customer funded utilisation and support
• Work alongside HR team and Head of Engineering to assist career development
• Identify and escalate instances where processes are not being followed
• Act as primary point of contact for all successful candidates in The Academy for their first six months

Requirements

• Relationship management skills
• Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders
• High level of resilience with a proactive, positive, assertive attitude
• Ability to meet and prioritise deadlines
• Excellent coaching skills – this role is taking ownership of all new candidates within The Academy and being the first point of contact for all successful candidates regarding their training and development
