Working as a 2nd Line Support & Service Engineer within a fast paced, dynamic and reactive environment dealing with competing priorities you will provide full range IT support and service including, but not limited to, PC build, issue resolution (hardware and software), user support, user access and ID management (Active Directory), hardware build and software install.
You will undertake IT Service tasks as directed by IT management. This role will provide service across the business and includes telephoning, emailing and visiting users to support them as well as shared service- desk duties as required.
