LEAD PROGRAMME MANAGER – TRANSPORTATION
HAMPSHIRE – 3 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT
£56,500 - £50,000
ARM are working with a local authority based on the South Coast and we are currently recruiting for a Lead Programme Manager for a major transport programme of works.
You will be an experience Project or Programme Manager with experience within transportation and ideally transport planning (highways, urban, public transport). You will have demonstrable success in managing major projects / programmes with senior management and other stakeholder engagement, as well as governance and controls. You will be able to show long term strategic planning experience and management of others. Ideally you will have experience of working with or for local authorities.
Our client is based on the South Coast and they are looking for someone to lead a workstream that is focused on the future of transport within their area, as well as linking up with other local authorities in the area and the DfT. This is focused on sustainability within the region.
This is a 3 years fixed term contract, which should see the successful life cycle of the project.
You will be employed by the local authority as a salaried member of staff and the salary range for this role is approximately between £50,000 and £56,500 and will be dependent on suitability and experience. You will also benefit from the local government benefits and pension scheme.
