ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – WEST MIDLANDS
6 MONTH CONTRACT - £MARKET RATES
ARM are working with a well know civil engineering consultancy company and we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for a 6 month contract to be based in the West Midlands.
You will have experience within Project Management or within contract administration within civil engineering on building and construction projects. You will be degree educated within engineering or construction or civil engineering. You will also hold a recognised project management qualification. Ideally you will have experience of JCT contract administration.
Our client is currently working on two projects that are working between £35-40 million each and your role will be to support the Project Manager on the contract administration side, ensuring that the project team remain on track to deliver the two projects on time, cost and specification.
This position will be based in Birmingham, with you working in the office 3 days per week and 1 day at home, also with 1 day per week to site visits on the projects in Birmingham and Warwick.
Pay for this role is within market rates and will be inside IR35. These will be disclosed upon application and prior to agreement to send you forward to the position.
