Senior Product Manager

We have amazing Lead Product Manager opportunity for a highly technical and innovative product manager/ product owner to develop our job management and workflow platform and messaging system. Working in a fast moving marketplace organisation you will lead the product development in this area by working closely with our development team, consumer demand and trade teams.

Where do you fit in?

Reporting directly to our Strategy and Planning Director you will be the lead product manager for this key capability that will enhance our service delivery and user experience for both sides of our marketplace. You will be responsible for end to end product development process and manage all developments through the complete product lifecycle. Working on agile, you will work closely with an inhouse development and QA team to offer direction and insight to help prioritisation, planning and estimation of process along with clarifying product requirements. You also work closely with our wider product community across consumer and trade teams ensuring final outcome delivers enhancements in user experience for both end customers. Skilled in all things product management, you will be experienced in identifying features, building roadmaps, wireframes, MVP and much more and  operate with an entrepreneurial spirit that will see you wearing multiple hats be that BA, UX or Product Owner.

What do you need to succeed?

Expertise in digital Product Management capacity preferably from a marketplace environment.

Experience in developing automated decision engines, workflow and messaging systems.

Broad skillset including deep technical and data expertise, and highly analytical

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to a range of different audiences at varied levels.

Flexibility to visit our Portsmouth office circa once a week following lockdown.
