Systems Engineer

ARM are recruiting for a Systems Engineer with experience of Submarine Combat Systems for a permanent opportunity with a defence company in Keynesham.

This post ideally suits someone who has served on Submarines, but external Combat System experience will be considered.

The main responsibility of the Systems Engineer with experience of Submarine Combat Systems based in Keynesham will be to;

• Produce and maintain Combat System Programme Management Plans (CSPMP)
• Produce and maintain Combat System Documentation (C-DOCS)
• Support implementation of recommendations
• Assist in production and maintenance of SM Combat Systems Engineering Toolset (CSET)

The ideal Systems Engineer able to work in Keynesham will have experience of the following;

• An established naval background, preferably with history of operational deployments
• Royal Navy Submarines
• Naval Combat Systems, preferably Submarine Combat Systems
• Defence procurement and MoD support processes
• Combat Systems from an electrical perspective
