Systems Engineer

ARM are recruiting for a Systems Engineer with experience of Secured Navigation for a permanent opportunity with a defence company in Malvern.

There are multiple positions available from Junior Engineer through to Principal.

The main responsibility of the Systems Engineer with experience of Secured Navigation based in Malvern will be to;

• Lead or contribute to the delivery of customer focused research, development, consultancy and product support – specifically resilient Position, Navigation & Timing (PNT).
• Identify, capture & drive forward innovative PNT solutions.
• Lead or contribute to projects, work packages and future bids.
• Capture and analyse customer requirements, define clear roadmaps.
• System Design, Development & Testing of PNT products.

The ideal Systems Engineer able to work in Malvern will have experience of the following;

• Navigational Systems, ideally receiver biased.
• Interpreting customer requirements.
• Requirements capture, design and implementation.
• System Design.
• Ideally more than one of; Navigation System Specification, Navigation Signal Processing, Multi-sensor Navigation, Robust Navigation Techniques (anti-jam, anti-spoof), Real Time Kinematic Satellite Navigation, GNSS Security, Alternative PNT Approaches & Techniques, Emerging PNT Technologies & Threats or Digital Signal Processing (DSP – algorithms on to an embedded platform).
