The Managed Detection and Response (MDR) business provides a service that detects and responds to cyber-attacks on behalf of our clients using a strong combination of people, process and technology. The technology platform – consisting of a cloud backend, agent software and D&R specialist tools - we use is designed and built in-house by the engineering team specifically to support a highly effective MDR service. Sales Development Representatives are responsible for…
Being the front line of new business growth
Targeted lead generation, qualification and prioritization, and related activities
Contacting new potential customers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Security Analysts, Risk Officers, etc.) to schedule meetings on behalf of the sales managers, working towards weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Coordinating with our awesome sales and marketing teams, to support and synchronize various lead generation activities
Building relevant Subject Matter Expertise to enable effective networking on social media through blogs, video posts, insightful commentary, and value adding engagements with potential customers
