Our client are looking to hire an Air Conditioning Engineer to work in the Cornwall area.
Duties will include:
- Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Control systems, Split Units, AHU, VRV’s, Chillers, Pressurization Units, BMS.
- Maintain all records associated with delivering the service ensuring faults are repaired in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing asset/ facility performance, through scheduled planned maintenance tasks, reporting any additional remedial works required to ensure the clients relevant contractual ‘fit for purpose’ standards are attained.
- Ability to measure, work to plans, drawing up RAMS, read technical drawings and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate.
- Provide regular briefing to the Site Managers on progress against plan or program.
- To ensure all work areas including are kept tidy & safe
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- F Gas Qualified
- Level 2/3Refrigeration and Air-conditioning qualification
- Air Conditioning systems & Small chillers experience
- Experience of reactive/maintenance / breakdown work
- Current UK driving license
