Surveyor - Water Hygiene

SURVEYOR – WATER HYGIENE – LONDON

2 MONTH CONTRACT - £32 PER HOUR

ARM are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Surveyor for a 2 month contract to be based in London.

You will be an experienced Water Hygiene Surveyor with experience of carrying out stock condition surveys for M&E services. Also with experience in both a client function role managing legionella and other water-borne risk, as well as knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274.

Our client is a providor high quality homes and care across London and the South East. Working within the Property Services department, your role will be responsible for providing technical advice, surveying and contract administration and support services to service, repair and maintain full legal and service standard compliance for the Group’s property portfolio in respect of water hygiene testing, reporting, remediation and improvement.

This is a 2 month contract initially, but may extend beyond this. It will be based from their Central London office.

Pay is £32 per hour (Umbrella Inside IR35) and is paid weekly in arrears.
