Sales and Shipping Administrator – 2 month FTC – Competitive rate - Hungerford

A well-established global client are seeking a Sales and Shipping Administrator to join their growing team at their UK manufacturing facility.

Working with the Sales Team and acting as the principle point of contact for customers, to process and oversee the timely processing and dispatch of orders while offering outstanding customer support.

Duties include -

• Processing customers’ orders in a timely manner and inputting them on the ERP system adhering to the company’s procedures and service levels
• Supporting intercompany staff with a wide range of enquiries
• Proactively chasing up orders to ensure they are delivered when required

• Dealing with all customer service enquiries in an efficient and timely manner

In order to be considered for the positon of Sales and Shipping Administrator you must have prior experience of working within a Production import and export environment. You will have competent IT application knowledge (Outlook, MS Office) and have prior experience with MRP / ERP Systems (SAP Preferred)
