IT Change & Supplier Analyst - Basingstoke
£45,000 - £55,000 + 12% bonus & benefits

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity available for an IT Change & Supplier Analyst on a permanent basis in Basingstoke.

What are they doing?
At their HQ in Basingstoke, they are embarking on a large IT Operations Programme to bring several IT services back in-house; including hiring over 40 new heads.
What do they need?
IT Change & Supplier Analyst to help deliver £1 million of small changes and service requests to budget and time.
What will I be doing?
Own and manage the small project work policy process and procedures
Facilitate requests for Infrastructure small project work, managing through a weekly forum to handle any governance issues (such as the need to escalate to a formal delivery project rather than small change)
Manage translation of small project work into internal or 3rd party delivery activity, working with the supplier to agree the scope and success criteria and cost
Ensure that supplier PO's are raised
Maintain a track of all current and prior small projects including costs
Carrying out risk assessment if appropriate
What will I bring?
A process-driven individual with a strong attention to detail
Experience with Service Request processes
Project Management or PMO experience
Proven experience delivering continuous service improvements for the business
Ability to demonstrate effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally - a strong communicator who develops relationships for mutual gain.
Take initiative to keep own skills up to date and maintain awareness of developments in the IT industry
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Up-to 12% bonus, Pension and much more
£45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience
