A Category Manager is required for a London based organisation to help build a procurement function and support a transformation piece.
Procurement professionals with Corporate Services Procurement expertise are desired. The role has a clear succession plan to Senior Category Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience of generalist categories such as IT, HR, Office Supplies,CapEx and Soft FM. Needing to have gravitas, manage challenging stakeholders and suppliers as well as having strong negotiation skills. Candidates will need to have experience of running a full tender process.
Salary: £45000 - £51,000
Bonus: Up to 10% of salary per annum based on team performance (5%) and personal performance (5%)
A/L: 27 days
Welcome bonus: £500 upon completion of probation.
Would suit candidates with a mix of public and private sector experience.
