You will act as the initial contact point for all Outlook queries supporting one of our international customers as they migrate to the messaging platform. This is a telephony-based role so previous experience in a call handling environment is valuable.
Working from our office in Portsmouth, you will log, prioritise, resolve and assign inbound calls, working to KPI's while ensuring delivery of exceptional service throughout.
Monday to Friday
There are 2 shift patterns - 8am to 5pm & 5pm to 2am.
£120 p/day for days
£136 p/day for lates
Initial 6 month contract
