HR Advisor

Job Title: HR Advisor 
Location: Basildon
Rate: Up to £32 per hour Ltd
Duration: 6 Months 

A market leading defence & security organisation are now seeking a HR Advisor to support their team in Basildon. This is an initial 6 month contract with rates of up to £30 per hour Ltd. Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be able and willing to obtain SC clearance.

Working alongside a specialist highly technical business group in Basildon, this role will require a HR professional to provide advice on employee relations matters and take a lead on a variety of projects including organisation development and change programmes, as well as working with specialists to deliver reward, learning & development and resourcing, and other services to the business.

Skills Required

• CIPD qualified.
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
• Strong HR Generalist background with experience of a variety of ER matters.
• Experience of working with shared service partners desirable.
• Excellent time management & interpersonal skills.
