Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA

We are looking for a humble Talent Acquisition Partner that will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager and assist us on finding the best talent to help us continue our growth trajectory.
You will be a forward thinking, proactive individual that takes an evidence-based approach working collaboratively with the wider business and the HR Partner. You will advise and align hiring managers to organizational goals, provide the best in class end to end recruitment thus contributing to the development of a highly performing workforce. Ideally you will be immediately available and hold strong knowledge in technical recruitment coupled with experience in working with a global technology business, ideally a software company. You will be helping to grow our Talent in all areas across our technology focused business which will include but is not limited to Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services.
Manage a full cycle recruitment Cycle End to End which includes shortlisting, screening candidates; organising interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, processing offers together with the drawing up and issuing of contracts of employment
Recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies to leaders and managers; support and coach them to make the right hiring decisions aligned to business needs
Build and maintain relationships with our Recruitment Partner Library
Ensure the most appropriate talent pooling strategy inclusive of sourcing candidates through Social Media(LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed etc), networking events, local regional resources and university partnerships
Work hand-in-hand with the Global and Local HR team and build communications alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA
Design bespoke assessment approaches for internal and external roles; support assessment methodologies, update the Careersite ensuring the information is accurate and current
2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably as an in-house TA Partner within a matrix environment (either a technology company or a recruitment agency focused on permanent tech roles and across EMEA geography)
Extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience from drafting the job spec, to posting jobs online, to screening applicants, and interviewing candidates at first stage
Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools
A creative thinker that will bring new and innovative solutions to the table
Analytical mind, focused and dedicated with excellent relationship building skills
Strong execution, organization, and communication – both written and verbal - skills
Excellent MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook, Word
Experience working with ATS (Success Factors will be ideal)
Comfortable working individually as well, as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team.
Fluent in English and another EU language
