Our client is looking for an experienced parts return coordinator or graduate with good engine component knowledge to join the team and coordinate the return of faulty parts. This will involve working with suppliers and maintaining process efficiency. This role is a part-time role offering up to 25 hours/week initially with shifts in the mornings.
As a parts return coordinator you will be part of the team who have responsibility for supporting all engine products, 0.5-18 Litre, in region, across all industry types (machine, industrial, marine, EP, oil & gas, rail).
This is a key support role, where you will be leading the global identification, return, tracking and communication of service part returns in direct support of CPI projects across all product ranges.

Success factors for this role include demonstrating excellent process adherence and development skills and effective implementation of project management principles. Major challenges facing incumbents are meeting velocity targets and managing multiple priorities. This position must keep up-to date on changing customer needs as projects progress and stay current with any new technology, process or systems development related to part returns.
