Support Coordinator - £35k per annum - Crawley
A well-established global medical device manufacturing client are seeking a Support Coordinator to join their growing team at their UK manufacturing facility.
Working within a Support centre, you will be responsible for delivering professional customer support for the client product range in the EMEA Region.
Coordinating and prioritizing the administration of support activities and supporting customers, business units and distributors with their product issues. Ensuring that Product support requests are reviewed in a professional and timely manner with the clinical impact of the issue being identified as quickly as possible to determine the case priority.
Escalating to management any technical issues that are likely to become significant and managing product recall activities, including liaising with customers and processing their questions or replies accordingly.
In order to be considered for the positon of Support Coordinator you must have prior experience of working within a call centre / customer support environment. You will have competent IT application knowledge (Outlook, MS Office) and have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
You must be fluent in a second European language (ideally Italian or Portuguese), however other European languages could be considered.
