If so, we have a fantastic opportunity available for a CRM Manager in Maidenhead.

A gambling company, with over 20 years' history and is the largest casino operator in the UK.
Employing over 10,000 people Europe-wide, they boast a turnover in-excess of £700 million and operate over 160 casinos and bingo halls across 3 countries.
What do they need?
A CRM Manager to own the delivery of CRM campaigns that deliver product growth for the business, including tactical promotional campaigns, lifecycle journeys, new product launches and promotional newsletters
What will I be doing?
You will have primary accountability for leading and delivering the digital CRM strategy, marketing leading execution and day to day delivery of a highly integrated customer marketing communication agenda that is focused on:
* Driving the product and promotional CRM strategy for Rank's digital brands
* Increasing the customer database
* Reducing margin per send and ROI of campaigns
* Implementing data driven approach to all activity and offer management
* Ensuring the CRM team is able to support the needs for the business for tactical activity
Working across the business you will deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns through our Campaign Management Tool - Adobe Campaign - ensuring the programme is based on best practice, customer insight and an integrated strategic focus
What will I bring?
Proven experience as a manager and exposure to delivering CRM campaigns across an organization
You will be data-driven with an unrelenting focus on customer value
You will possess effective communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience of interpreting data learnings into insightful campaign execution
Demonstrates clear leadership and establishes a positive and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders and takes accountability and ownership for the function.
Demonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change.
Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting environment of achievement.
Ability to identify and prioritise Stakeholders, build strong relationships, and tailor communication to meet the stakeholders needs.
